The representative of Zerorez was very pleasant to work with. He explained the process and since we have pets gave us a solution to limit any resurfacing of old pet odors. He did a great job on all four rooms, they look awesome. I also noticed a huge difference walking barefoot on the carpet now. It’s soft and refreshing.
